I see him falling before any sort of foul being committed. Your thoughts?

It was really hard to tell. I thought he lost his balance in trying to lean on the Pietrus, but Pietrus laid off a bit. Honestly, I thought it was a horrible play made by Lebron. If he didn't fall, the time would have expired without a shot taken it seems. I don't know what he was thinking.

Same thing with the shot before regulation ended when he took a horrible jumper instead of taking it to the hole.

Lebron is still the man, but he needs to get better control of himself during the critical times during the game imo and make better decisions.

Doesn't surprise me he got the call, he gets every damn call it seems.

I love it how Barkley and crew said that was a foul but the following play they said good no call as Howard was mugged

Barkley is usually pretty honest compared to the other fellas.

This series has allowed me to really watch LeBron. One of the things he does is when he drives, he will lean his body into the defender, regardless if the defender has position. Yet the refs seem to think it is the defender who is making the contact.

In this series, there have been a few replays from the camera above the backboard which shows a down view and LeBrons tactic.

On that trip, I think that was a fucked up call.

I say good no call on Howard last play. However, Pietrus foul on James was BS call.

I'm guessing that tackling a player is now ok while backing away from a player driving to the hole isn't. :wtf

Horrible call, but what did you expect? It's LeBron.

The only contact on that play by Pietrus was when James was falling down into him.

I have to agree with Charles on this one, it looked like a trip to me, by Pietrus. On the other side, I wouldn't have called it either. Verajao had position and his hands were up.

I listened to the game on the radio and he clearly tripped.

Kobe is more of a trip than Lebron.

I really hope Cavs get knocked out of the playoffs. Adversity is supposed to build character and LBJ could learn a little humility.

Then you must have thrown a virgin in a volcano hoping the gods would make Kobe lose.

Just stop calling fouls in the last 20 seconds of games, life would be better for everyone involved. People would have to use skill vs. momentum to get to the hoop.

I mean, I don't blame the players for just barreling full speed to the hoop in hope of contact, but the ref's should stop bailing them out. Unless its clearly a hack, don't call it.

I agree, except I would say the last 2 minutes or so. It seems like I've seen more fouls in the last 5 mins. of the 4th then I have all season.

Wish they could slow it down and see if Pietrus' feet did indeed trip Lebron.

Looked like LeBron just leaned into him and fell at the slightest bit of contact. The only foot that I think could've possibly tripped James was Pietrus' right foot, but he moved it a step before LeBron LeBron's left foot could make contact with it to allow for a trip.

I think that he was expecting contact & Pietrus got outta the way, sorta like the pulling the chair out from under trick!
