Maybe it's because I'm not white/redneck/whatever you want to call it..but I don't find him funny.

But I find Jeff Foxworthy funny.

But unless you grew up in a mexican family you don't get the full extent of all his jokes. Most yes, but some no..

"You don't take a shower, you don't put the seat down.
You hardly cook for me anymore, when I come home from the bar where I spend half the day.
I remember when, your manners did not bug me, you used to aim when you'd pee.
Now after frank and beans late at night.
Well I can't hold it in, so I'd just let it fly.
Well it stinks like a meadow full of steamy cow pies.
You could say excuse me.
You could turn the fan on.
Chorus
You do not smell like Flowers anymore.

"The guy sitting next to me is losing his mind. Apparently he had a lot to live for."
"Hey man, hey man, if one of these engines fails, how far will the other one take us? "All the way to the scene of the crash. Which is pretty handy because that is where we are headed. I bet we beat the paramedics a half hour."

"I played golf....I did not get a hole in one, but I did hit a guy and that's way more satisfying. Your supposed to yell FORE, but I was too busy mumbling that ain't no way that's gonna hit him."

Then you probably recognized the margaritas line I used in Mouse's vibrator thread, because I stole it from Robert Schimmel.

I also highly recommend Richard Jeni.

Carlos Mencia is funnier to me. He doesn't just make fun of his own race. He cracks on everybody, not like other comedians who stick to their own race.

Chappelle and Rock are a little too rascist for me.

George Lopez is funnier than shit.

one of the funniest movies ever - rent it

http://www.freephotoserver.com/files/sordidlives1923.jpg

Actor/Actors: Ann Walker, Beau Bridges, Beth Grant, Bonnie Bedelia, Delta Burke, Earl Houston Bullock, Kirk Geiger, Leslie Jordan, Mitch Carter, Newell Alexander, Olivia Newton John, Rosemary Alexander, Sarah Hunley, Sharron Alexis

Direction: Del Shores

Synopsis: The hilariously sordid details about a southern family surface when relatives converge for the funeral of "Grandma Peggy," who died after tripping over her lover's wodden legs! Don't forget to toss in a couple of feuding, big-haired daughters, a jumpy aunt who just quit smoking, and the scorned neighbor from hell...

fred armisen is doing very well on snl and is about to breakout imo.
i liked his cameo in eurotrip as well...

http://www.saturday-night-live.com/images/news/11-15-02_betteroff.gif

thanks for all the tips on those comics though...i plan to check them out...

i never heard of ron white before the foxworthy roast, but he was definitely one of the best ones...i think some lady comic cut on him and said he'd dissappointed more fat chix than jennie craig.... :lol

and larry the cable guy had the joke of the night ragging on how bad foxworthy's show sucked saying that "Before he died, Christopher Reeve was watching The Jeff Foxworthy Show and he got up and changed the channel."

i'm not a big fan of george lopez either, although i love to see a hispanic comic succeed, i think he tries too hard, and i want to know what was behind the story of him going off on a denver crowd when he mentioned the lakers or kobe and they booed....i like his tv show though with masiela lusha and constance marie....very nice... :smokin

Back to the topic at hand, I just got through my third listen of The Right To Bare Arms and it is some of Larry's best work.

Barely any repetition from the Blue Collar Tours (all new material, in other words) and the Toddler Mail section is all new too (I was worried that it was going to be a repeat of the Toddler Mail section from Lord, I Apologize... but it wasn't. And the letter he finishes the CD with is an all time classic. Actually, his response to the letter. Titty, titty, titty!

Word up toCarlos Mencia!!!! Dude was sick tonight and had the crowd at the Rivercenter comedy club rollin' off the side of the seats! I say he is my second favorite latino comedian, next to George Lopez!
