OKC may be better compared with the clippers... I think the grizzlies will make it to the playoffs before the thunder.. and that's still a couple years down the road... oh and fuck clay benett(however you spell it) for moving them out of seattle.

if okc can have their core stay intact, then obviously they have more potential. Durant will be the best player in the Western conference in couple years.

OK because they didn't waste a pick on Oden.

Serge Ibaka will be Sarver's newest gift to a GM that knows how to seize opportunities.

imagine how good the blazers would be with durant. that team would have been sick. a core of roy, durant, and aldridge and the team is set for a decade of championship contention.

James Harden (our future starting SG and future HOFer) > Brandon Roy
Kevin Durant > Lamarcus Aldridge
Jeff Green > Travis Outlaw
Serge Ibaka (Hakeem Olajuwon on steroids) > Greg Oden (Sam Bowie on estrogen)
Russell Westbrook >>>> The trash Portland has at PG these days

This isn't even a debate. God bless sons.

Is this even a question anymore?

Sure... due to injuries, it's impossible to tell. However, I voted the Thunder.

The Blazers' only post game won't be in the NBA in 2 years. That's not exactly a post game with talking about.

Oklahoma City. I think if you look at the rosters, Durant is probably the best player. Portland has had to deal with injuries to both Roy and Oden. Miller is getting up there in age, and I like the games and the fact that the Thunder are younger. Westbrook looks like the most underrated point guard in the league today, let alone guard at his age. I think if they can get a dominant force up-front and keep this team together, they will be in the playoff hunt for the next decade. Harden is one of the steals of the draft. Green is often overlooked as a nice complimentary piece.

Agreed. They needed Camby, but Outlaw was one of my favorite young players on Portland, particularly because he got buckets in the 4th quarter.

the Blazers are a cursed team, like the Clippers, so not them.

Oklahoma City Thunder by far. They have Kevin Durant who is going to be tugging on Lebron's cape as the best player in the NBA in a few years coupled with a rising superstar in Russell Westbrook. The fact that they have not reached their prime yet but still playing really well means they can only get better. Their core players of Durant, Westbrook, Harden, and Green are signed to at least 2012.

The Portland Trailblazers however are very unstable, especially at the point guard position. The only superstar they have is Brandon Roy. Even if they have their injured players back they won't be at the same level as the Oklahoma City Thunder. I predict the Portland Trailblazers to reach the peak of the spotlight next year and then its going to go down hill from there. (Yes I know they're young)

The Thunder won't be that good for much longer. Durant is going to bolt.

In what, four years? They own his restricted rights, and very few turn down tens of millions of dollars for multi-year extension for the qualifying offer to become an unrestricted free agent. Now I agree that Durant is likely to leave at some point (though if Duncan stayed in San Antonio, then I suppose Durant can stay in OKC), but I don't think it's imminent. I figure he plays out his rookie contract and signs a similar MAX deal to what LeBron and Wade signed after their rookie-scale contract was up. So, basically I think Durant stays in OKC for another four seasons minimum.

jazz has a chance to land the no.1 pick this year, add like a john wall or evan turner to that core and they have the brightest furture.

The Thunder for sure, KD will have Kobe's killer instinct and Tim's humble and intelligent attitude.
