Let's say your political party had all the power. I my case that would be the Republicans. What policies in YOUR OWN PARTY would you like changed? This is a knock your own party thread.
Here's my list:
1) Change Workmans Comp Laws- The way it stands now Business Owners are essentially legally immune from wrongful death Lawsuits. Countless examples of young kids who have died on the job due to business negligence and the business owner is totally protected under the law.
2) No medical malpractice caps- If go to the doctor for heart surgery and he accidentally removes my penis, I don't think damages should be capped at $250k. IMO, my penis is worth millions.
I have more but those would be my top two.
