...after missing some games?

ShaQ just tied his league leading total 166 blocks.TDs @ 2.7/game and while Big Ben is not far behind w/ 2.5 & he's # 2 over Duncan in rbds per game. :rolleyes

i've no concern over ShaQ, but Detroit being our rival in teams best defense stats it looks like TDs have to wait next yr again for the award the Admiral had in his prime.

Yes, of course. He's not missed that many games. Nash will be running strong for MVP and he's missed a handful.

Thats Bruce's award, if he doesnt get it, its because the writers think hes a dirty player. He should have got it last year but everyone was on Artest's nuts. He aint here this year so he should have a way better shot

Bowen will win it.

The Spurs are #1 Defense in the league in scoring and in shooting percentage and in blocks.

It only makes sense that a Spur will win it.

Ben Wallace will win it.

no complaints for either bruce or td, but if they take votes from each other, it's gonna goto wallace by default, no?

I think you guys are right that Bowen deserves it, but Tpark is right that Wallace will get it.

No way in hell that Big Ben wins it this year.

First, he was the cause of the fight in Detroit.
Second, he was suspended for 10 games
Third, Detroit totally sucks in the standings.

10 games? Really? I didn't remember it being that long. Never mind, then. I don't think Detroit's standing will hurt him, though. Their problem is offense, not defense.

I think maybe the suspension was shortened from 10 to 5, not sure, but you get my meaning.

1st of all ben was suspended 6 games, not 10.

2ndly, Detroit "sucks" in the standings?

Um, Ben;s going to end up with a better record than the LAST two years when he won the award......

I think Wallace will win it, but I also think it's a lazy vote. Much like the last couple of times Mutumbo won it (one of which I thought Ben Wallace SHOULD have won.)
