Make your best team with the active players available now. A lot of people say the East is the best.....but I beg to differ...here is my starting line up:

PG: Chris Paul
SG:Kobe Bryant
SF:Carmelo Anthony
PF:Tim Duncan
C:Yao Ming

anyone who builds the East will put LeBron, Wade, Howard, Bosh,...and I dont know for PG.

Anyway...I think the West wins in 5 in a 7 game series. Kobe and Duncan would have fun and finish it quick. Anyone think the East would win in a 7 game series?

Maybe Devin Harris @ PG for the East? I think I'd put Duncan @ the 5 and Dirk @ the 4 though.

West would murder them, play Zone defense and it may even be a sweep. Ill take Lebron and Vince shooting threes all day.

Considering team chemistry,
PG: Chris Paul , Tony Parker , Deron Williams
SG: Brandon Roy , Kobe Bryant
SF: Kevin Durant , Carmelo Anthony , Ron Artest
PF: Tim Duncan , Dirk Nowitzki
C: Pau Gasol , Yao Ming

How do you beat the versatile lineup.

West: Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, Carmelo Anthony, Dirk Nowitzki, Tim Duncan
East: Devin Harris, Dwyane Wade, Lebron James, Chris Bosh, Dwight Howard

I'd take the West in 4 games. Kobe, Carmelo, Timmy can all give their men a hard time on defense. On the East, the only guy there that can man up is Dwight Howard, which won't matter cause Duncan would be content with not taking many shots. Plus neither Bosh or Howard have a chance in hell against Dirk (too fast, takes perimeter not inside shots).

The biggest difference would be Chris Paul who is far and away a better PG than Devin Harris. The East losing Chauncey and Kidd is the crippling blow. On all-star lineups, the PG is the most important position, and Paul would have a field day giving everyone looks. He, Kobe, Carmelo would go especially well together running the fast break.

I predict sweep because Kobe/Carmelo can both put the clamps down on Dwyane and Lebron, and Timmy combined with good team defense will slow down Dwight. Sadly, the East's best options on offense would be using Bosh to pound Dirk in the post or iso Devin against Paul since Paul isn't as good of a defender. It just isn't good enough in a 7-game series.

The west PG's would absolutely own the easts. I think Paul, williams, parker, and even chauncey are better than anyone in the east(harris).

FFadicted has great lineups. Im gunna be bias an put Dwest above Jefferson, b/c Dwest and Shaq would compliment each other better. Jefferson is awesome, but kinda plays a combo of 4 and 5. I know everyone thinks Dwest is overrated now, but He is a very complete player, more than jefferson IMO.

Carmelo Anthony / Kevin Durant / Rudy Gay
So you think Rudy Gay is a top 3 SF in the Western Conference?
