According to Hoopshype's salary pages for SA and Milwaukee and some basic math, the Spurs are at $69.7M with 11 players, needing to fill a minimum of 2 more slots. That includes Finley. If he doesn't opt in, subtract $2.5M from the figure, but add one more slot to fill.
