I was watching Grosse Point Blank and thought him and the secretary looked eerily similar. Then I saw the credits and saw her name is Joan Cusack. I checked IMDB and guess what!!!??? They are brother and sister!

You seriously didn't know that??? They have been in a couple of movies together...the first one I do believe is 16 Candles...
