Yep, the Spurs were going to stand pat with the roster that got their asses handed to them this year, until Le Frenchie spoke up and said he hoped they would make a mover this summer.

Pop heard that, ran right out and made a trade :lol

Anyone who has paid attention knows that Parker has actually been making "veiled", little sarcastic comments about the Spurs age and their shocking lack of athleticism for a couple of seasons now.

The shame of it all is that he HAD to make those comments in the first place.

Guess you missed it. If anything, the Spurs went CIA and had him say crap like that. Really, I know you have a Tony Parker blowup doll you sleep with every night, but even for someone like you it's comical to see you think that Tony had any influence whatsoever on them going out and making this trade today.
