How do some posters have different color names

I didn't know where to post this, so I'm posting this here. I've noticed that some posters have different color names. Some are green, blue, red, maroon, black, and gray. I know how to get pinked, but how do you change the color of your name? How is it possible?

gray is all other spursfans

red is for rockets
blue for jazz. mavs etc

I believe the colors correspond with your choice of favorite basketball team that you selected when you signed up.

I kind of figured that was it, but then I noticed that some Spur fans were black and others were gray, but the post above explains it. Thanks. :toast
