i cant hate on shia or megan fox(for other reasons). i think its about expectations. if you went into transformers expecting the godfather you need to die and smell the roses and its about explosions and entertainment

I thought it was a good movie apart from Shia

1. It was way too long.
2. It seemed that they created all of the actions scenes before they had a script, and then tried to stitch everything together into a whole, and failed.
3. If they had completely cut out the stupid twin ghetto bots, it probably would have been the right length and a better flick. Likewise the scenes of humping dogs and small robots.


I'm not expecting the Godfather, but something at least 80% as good as the first one would have been nice. They didn't deliver that, at least not in my estimation.

I recently caught some quote of his where he was bragging about being an alcoholic. Yeah, Shia, we're all really impressed; you drink a lot.

So yeah, I've always thought, but more so now, that he's a tremendous douche. I wish his car accident had ended his career, rather than just mangling his hand.

That said, Holes was okay.

Ok, I think he plays the same character in every movie. Kid with rough edges who makes sarcastic comments 24/7. He showed some range with Eagle Eye (where he was slightly more serious as his twin) and Tru Confessions (where he played a mentally retarded individual) but I can see why some people are hating on him.

Don't mean to nitpick, but I just happened to catch Shia's interview on the Today Show the other day and I saw some teenage girl, for some reason, sitting where Meredith Vieira was sitting. This left Meredith to sit on the floor for a good while.

The girl and Shia were sitting on cushioned chairs while an older woman was sitting on the floor like a bum, like a dog, like a mutt, like a mongrel, like an animal!!! (Seinfeld mohel reference :lol)

Seriously, instead of just sitting there like the pretty boy he is, he should have gotten his ass up and offer his seat to Meredith like any other gentleman should.
