ok the question... Why do spur fans have such a short Memory? When Avery Johnson made the winning basket to put a ring on the Spurs after 25 years was worshiped by all! Expecting mothers wanted to name there first born AJ! and after a few short years they want to remove his jersey from the rafters? They say what has AJ done to get his Jersey retired? Is it because he was coaching the Dallas Mavericks or is it because the Spur fans never did really like AJ they just acted like they did?

I find it very disturbing to hear fans and people like dawn Murphy who say AJ jersey does not deserve to be retired, and that is why I stopped supporting this city!!

That was jacked up! I'm sure MikeyP will have an excuse so those two Bozos don't look bad! I sent in an email myself! Why would it be Peter for a day if Peter is in the studio? They should call it the 3rd wheel of the day.

all in all it was a good show even though they wasted the last segment talking about Golf and tennis. why not give MikeyP the last 5 minutes so he can do an editorial or give his takes on a subject he loves?

I listened this morning and I must say that a better, more professional sounding voice has not been heard on Sports Talk Radio in years, no, make that decades!! The man's delivery was as smooth as it gets and were it not for knowing that Mikey was a rookie noone would know and then even knowing about it didn't make a difference. SAmikeyp was made, born to be on radio and the broadcasting industy would be making a major mistake not grabbing on to this man's natural talent and give Sports Talk Radio in San Antonio what they want. A voice that knows SA Sports and has the passion and the breakfast taco knowledge to give the people what they want!! This will go down as one of the best morning shows evah!!! He was quick with a resonse and didn't hesitate to let it out and that is what we like. Andy anb Peter must be nuts if they don't have a deal with SAmikeyp by the end of the day.
