Wow. I know I had heard of a soldier at the start of the Iraq invasion who got directly hit in the chest with a RPG, but it ricocheted off his body armor and hit a building or something.

That's pretty amazing.

I wonder what the range that it was fired from. I know that RPG's are armed after a certain range, and if they hit prior to that, they won't explode, but this ambush sounded like it wasn't a close range attack. It could have just been a bad RPG, but still, just amazing.
