Sorry to start a thread for this, but how do the blackouts effect us?

Uh, it's in Vegas and it's not televised. You can buy a web package for $14.99 and watch games on your PC. Not sure why they'd black that out anywhere.

MSG broadcast at least 1 knick game last year I believe. I think that's what the disclaimer is for, if a local broadcast has the game the online is blacked out for the market.

I don't think any local station is picking up the game, so I don't think you have anything to worry about.

They're blacking it out to force more sellouts at the games in Vegas. This is from the same marketing guy who decided to charge 15 dollars for summer league games.

so i remember watching the SL games last year online and it was pretty much a guy with a $500 camcorder in the stands with the occasional replay and score update....

Since we have to pay to watch this year (FUCK YOU STERN) my question is are the games going to have a more professional broadcast with commentators or what?

David Stern likely has nothing to do with the cost.

Thx!!!
Fuckem anyway.
Still waiting for an answer btw.
