That's it. Michael Finley is needed at Kansas this year to chaperone this kid. He will be of far greater service tot he Spurs organization than he would be on the court.

Sign me up for anything that keeps Finley away from Spurs games this year.

What do you mean by "FACE IT?" Accept it? I knew a kid in high school who's mother was killed while jogging, probably by a drunk who swerved off the road (hit-and-run). I watched another guy in my high school take out a telephone pole next to my house. A guy who graduated with me killed a mother and her 6-year-old daughter on their way to visit family for the holidays. Just because they do it all the time doesn't make it OK.

And it's ridiculous that there are people around with half a dozen or more convictions. Japan has severe penalties for drunk driving and they have relatively few incidents.

he's a walk-on who played a grand total of 13 minutes last year, don't think he'll have to worry about professional basketball.

it will hurt him with whatever career he does go into though.

As long as it is some random people I have never met with my life who is associated with my favourite sports teams, endangering lives of innocent passerbys is totally acceptable.

I don't care they do something stupid and significantly increase their chance of killing others and ruining their families lives, as long as the potential victims are not part of the Spurs.

No big deal.

Except for those of us who are not that
stupid.

I don't know how I got through college without a DWI which you are correct "very stupid to drive drunk" but I was very lucky in never getting one.

But the sad thing is that probably over fifty percent of the people on the highway after 1am on a weekend are probably legally drunk...
