And every year we get an incredible show that makes us wonder how anyone could not love this exhibition of power that makes a singular part of the game so entertaining."

I like the Derby even more than the Dunk Contest. Keep it.

the derby is too long. They just need 4 guys, and give them each 15 outs and be done with it.

It's boring because guys get too tiered by the last couple of rounds. Like last year, nobody remembers that Justin Morneu won it

No one remembers Justin Morneu won it, but everybody remembers Josh Hamilton's performance. That's what's so great. It doesn't matter who wins or loses. All you care about it a good show.

They should do the old school home run derby. Two guys, three outs per inning and nine innings. Person with the most at the end of 9 wins.

How would you determine who the 2 are? The top 2 in HRS, in AL one NL?
