Has anyone heard anything about what Timmy was going to do about his knees? Or How Manu's ankles are doing?

First and foremost, welcome! :toast
As for the status of Timmy's knees and Manu's ankles, I'm not sure. I believe Manu has stated that he should be 100% by the time the season starts.
With the nice additions via trades, free agency and the draft, I still think the health of 2 of the big 3 is paramount as to where the Spurs will be
in 2009-10.
Who's "Timmy"? ....and what's a "manu"?

Tim's knees I remember hearing just require some rest, so he should fine. And in the Lindsey interview, he said Ginobili is 100% healthy and cleared.

Rest and rehab was the off season plan for Duncan's knees.
