Ah, northern Michigan. Where Madonna's Vogue is still considered one of "today's hits" and cordless phones are thought of as expensive, unnecessary technology. Where the men are drop-dead gorgeous at twenty and beer-bellied and weatherbeaten by thirty and the women are hideously ugly but enviably skinny throughout their lives. Or were, until the advent of Taco Bell. Where the baby ducks and deer come out to play in the spring, hot summer days can be cooled off with miles of uncrowded beach line, the fall colors take your breath away and every Christmas is a white one.

San Antonio's a nice city, but it'll never be home :lol
