They used to have it at the Saucer and at HEB but I haven't been able to find it anywhere. Anyone know of any place carries it or a place that I can order it from?

Have you tried Central Market on broadway? If they dont have it, talk to the person in charge of ordering. They may be able to get it for you.

Tucher's not easy to get in Texas, but it is tasty.

The TABC is very strict on the labelling of imported beers. Most German bier has a higher alcohol content then American beer and according to the amount TABC requires it to be labeled as an "ale" or a "malt liquor." A few years back whole lines of bier became unavailable in Texas because the importers had the wrong descriptor on the label and it wasn't worth the hassle to come up with a label just for Texas.

If you are really desperate you can get Tucher from beergeek.biz (http://beergeek.stores.yahoo.net/tuhehewewhbe.html). I'm happy to see they are shipping to Texas again.
