Depending on you're 360, some can get away without voiding the warranty. A lot of the people that flash mod 360's fix them. There was another guy in SA who flashed and fixed E74's and RRoD.

The good thing is that no teams drafted more than 1 QB. In fact most teams didn't double up at a position at all. However, 5 teams did draft 3 wide receivers. Now that is a bit much but I remember when the Browns took linebackers in rounds 4, 5, and 6 one year. Oh, how joyous that draft was. Thanks Butch.

I saw 3 trades, all of which were reasonable. The Titans traded the 26th pick in the 1st round to Tampa for the Bucs' 2nd and 3rd round pick (pick 2 in those rounds). Stuff like that.

Here's a quick R1 breakdown...

...Overall, none too shabby. No crazy runs on centers or guards, teams mostly drafted for need. Not bad at all and like I said, only a few teams went nuts drafting wide outs but other than that, it was good stuff.


As for the Browns? I was simming -- and didn't scout at all -- merely picked what the generic list said. How'd I do?

Yep, the most ready to play player from that 2010 draft -- was not even taken in Round 1. Freaking. Great. For those scoring at home -- the Bears landed the #1 and #8 immediate impact rookies -- and I guess totally whiffed on their 1st round pick, some LE who is rated a 71. and was drafted #26 overall.

Online Franchise is probably my favorite mode in the game and it's something I really hope the community clings to and uses appropriately. You and up to 31 friends can hop in a league and play through seasons just like you would in Offline Franchise Mode. You can propose trades, draft players, and even start things off with a fantasy draft if you like. There's an iPhone application that will be launching shortly after Madden releases, but it wasn't available for our review. It promises just about all of the functionality that you'll see on the Web.

create a player and give him the oldest birthdate possible

create a team and list it's hometown as "Springfield"

Whoever picks Ne will run the 5 wr Patriot playbook. No team is deep enough at corner to stop all 5 of them. If zone is ran and the guy knows what he's doing with Brady, it won't even phase him.

It's called pressure. Bump and run man coverage, and do an overload blitz, and suddenly they are toast. Then swap it up with a F@G defense and drop almost everyone into coverage when they are expecting a bump with blitz, and they are probably even more toast.

No shit. In all honesty I'm not a huge football guy, I used to love to play it with friends as a kid but never watched it much, but over the past few years I find myself watching a little more each year.

I was checking out teams and looking mostly at stats and it's hard to see how the Falcons and Chargers didn't wind up with better records, or going father than they did, but in real life it's about more than just stats.

I just picked them up the other day, didnt know you had "called" them. Saturday is the deadline are you going to have it by then or not because if not I'm going to start rolling with the Pats on games already.

It's just like a season of NFL football. Right now there are eight of us, the rest of the teams are controlled by the CPU. Just like real football you play weekly and if you have a good enough record you make the Playoffs. So I just played my first game against the Dolphins and lost very badly. I think I might be playing the CPU next week. As far as I know the week can be advanced at any time, so once everyone finishes playing (I think almost all of us have) the week can be advanced (In other words you don't have to wait seven days to play again).

To join just get on Live and find Franchise mode and search for the Spurstalk franchise, the password is Vick.

I'm new at this too but I believe that's pretty accurate.
