All I can say is that if this weather pattern is truly following 1998 (El Nino) like they've been saying, it better not disappoint come Fall.

And if you live in a flood zone, make sure your insurance is up to date!

It poured by the office and then let up once I hit 410/10. By the time I was home 1604/10ish it was barely drizzling.

You can blame all the experimental storm manipulation being done in the panhandle. You just don't mess with Mother Nature...or so I heard somewhere.

/*************alert alert alert******************/
the greater san antonio weather dome has failed in
the far north east schertz cibolo area. Please take
cover to avoid getting wet. If you don't remember what
that means, you're not alone.

My kid gets credit for this one. He found a bluebonnet on the school playground yesterday, picked it and made a wish - that it would rain. Now I have to thank him for the rain and tell him not to pick bluebonnets anymore, as I think it's illegal :lol

WTF he found a Blue Bonnet in late August? Is that normal?

And don't get your hopes up Shelly, this El Nino is going to be weaker than the one in 98. Hopefully we simply have a wetter winter.

That's a typo. It's .7 of an inch, not .07 of an inch.
