Yes...Garrett has been about pass first. But at the same time, he's been working on his playbook. You can see it at camp. Of course he has yet proved he can make the adjustments...he hasn't had a game yet. Last year, their concept was throwing the ball, and Tony Romo. This year, it has become running the ball. I'm just going by what Garrett and Phillips are saying. We'll have to see if it's true.

He also averaged over 21 yards per reception last year, as well as 3 touchdowns...the guy is fast as hell, and has great hands. Not saying he's going to be great next year, but I can guarantee you that unless he's injured, he'll have more than 14 catches this year.

If I remember correctly, he was a pretty big part of our frontcourt in the 2005 season...that was a good season, if I remember correctly. Not a star player, but a good part of it. And let's be real..we knew Nazr wasn't going to be a star..he didn't have that ability..Miles does...he's got the speed, and the hands. Miles just needs the opportunity, like I said from the beginning...I'm not a bandwagon guy..I've been on since he got here.

I truly don't think it's about Garrett, but I do think the Cowboys could easily fuck this up...but it would be because of Phillips...not Garrett...I wish they'd just blow the coaching system up...give Garrett the HC job for the rest of the year, and bring in a legit coach next year.

Let me give you a history lesson boy, the panthers finished 7-9 in their first year of existance, then they went on to the NFC title game the following year(1996)

Jacksonville went 9-7 in their second season, and then went 11-5, 11-5, 14-2, their next 3 years.

So don't say expansion teams are expected to suck for, what is it...8 years now since Texans came into the league. It can be done, so don't make excuses for the Texans...and the Browns for that matter.

The Casserly/Capers regime didn't help things either by handing out big contracts to mediocre and over the hill players. Rick Smith has turned things around a bit but they still have problems that have never been addressed. Until they can get a compotent GM and a coach that isn't afraid to kick asses they will be nowhere. But I'm cool with that. I'd rather be a fan of a losing franchise than be a fan of the NFL Lakers.

Agreed, in case people missed it, Carr led a great 2 minute drive against the Raiders last weekend. Granted it was the Raiders, Carr would have been a good QB if put in a situation where it wasn't impossible to succeed.
