Gist possibly signing with the Spurs and how well Duncan's knees are doing along with Manu's ankle??? Haven't heard any lately.

Talked to Dr. Schmidt about tendonosis about a week ago, i made sure he knew i was referring about tim, and he said that with rest and a lot of stretching he will be fine. I also asked straight up about blair and he told me that he has no ACLs not thin ACLs like mentioned earlier but none BUT he said that it doesnt matter b/c the muscle will componsate for it and he will be good to go and that its nothing to concern about. hehe i like having him as my doc :D i see him again in 6 months so hopefully he'll leak out some more info as the season is on the way.
