Durant was already putting up 25 points per game as a second-year player. How much more can he break out?

Carl Landry should be able to put up some nice numbers with the minutes he'll get this season.

Devin Harris will be putting up some sick nasty like numbers this year. He will have 100% free reign to do whatever he wants on the court, because the Nets have went into uber tank mode.

Probably Ariza.. Laker fans only care about the "big name" in Artest, truth is Ariza will be entering his prime these next couple years.

Except for Bargs, I agree these are the guys to look out. CDR plays for the nets (correct me if I am wrong), and is going to get huge minutes if he improves. Hibbert is a 7 foot 2 stiff but I expect him to play good positional defense and block some weak side shots here and there. Jason Thompson has come alive the last month of the last season and was a force for the Kings.

Bargs, on the other hand, just got a 50 million extension, I think he is just going to slack off.

Truth is Artest is in his prime, Ariza is a few years away from his. Ariza will struggle without the wide open looks he got in LA, love the kid and wish the best for him though.

Houston fans turn quick on their players. Ariza will simply get booed because they think they are going to get what they saw in the finals. The joke is on Houston.

Agreed.

They are going to be a fastbreak team, and that style of play best fits Ariza's style of play

I can see Durant going for 28+ ppg this season.

Kind of hard to vote for George Hill unless he sees around 30 minutes a game this season.

yes, George Hill I really hope he is the surprise of the season and contender for Most Improved Player.

artest hit his primes when he was indiana and sacremento, he is still a good player but he has slowed down quite a bit espically on the defensive end

i see rudy fernandez having a break out season because i like the player but not on the blazers :depressed

Agreed. I really like this kid.

They already have an all star caliber player in Martin along with a young, talented front court with Hawes and Thompson and with Tyreke Evans joining the mix i'm hoping this team can start to be a threat again within a few years because they sure were fun to watch back in the day
