Mom and Norah are at home and doing well. Dad is still in a state of happy shock!!! :lol

I have a 2T Duncan jersey that was for my son. I've given it to my 10 month old daughter and my son will don a new jersey before the season starts. And yes, it will also be a Duncan jersey because we all know who's the straw that stirs the Spurs' drink.

Especially if it's the first. I'm still learning the ropes on the whole dad thing myself. My son is going to be 3 in October so I'm just getting the hang of it. I was totally lost when he was born and did my best not to screw things up.

When I heard a second child was coming, I thought I'd be much better, until I found out it was a girl. I have nothing but boys in my family, so my daughter is the first girl. When she starts doing the girl type things later on in life, I haven't a clue what's going to happen.

But know this, she will be a Spurs fan (like dad and brother) and she's always going to be a Daddy's Girl.

All I will post...is that you didn't have to post here if you are so offended!!

It's funny.....how people will take the time post or write a nasty letter or email.....when they have the option of not doing it. Like people are so offended by TV show or music......then don't watch or listen. You are an adult.....you can make your own choices!!

BTW, people aren't morons especially if you don't know them personally.

I'm a poster on Spurstalk and I decided to let some people know of something personally going on in my life.

And you didn't have to post......no one put a shot gun to your head!!

Lastly, it was mentioned in the topic thread title. I guess you didn't bother to read that.

Moreover, I have read about people getting married or anniversaries on this forum. So if people decided to share something....that's their business.

Too bad....you feel the way you do. But....please go rain on someone's else parade.

ThisPego, i gotta say, clowns like you detract from this board. If you feel so compelled to police this board, why don't you just send a message to the mod and leave it at that. It's posters like you that ruin the experience for other fans.

You turn on other spurs fans, if for no other reason than the internet allows you an anonymous forum to vent your frustration and hostility. You need to back off, this site is better off without your negative posts directed at other members. It detracts from the community that would otherwise exist.

I'm not policing, i'm informing. Besides, any of you are lucky I let you be a part of my community. just be thankful that i am such a merciful and understanding person.

i forgive you parker2112, but that is one strike.

Ba humbug.

Don't let self important people get you down MarHill. I vividly remember how happy I was when my kids were born. I wanted to tell everyone I knew.

By the way, the hard part is just beginning. I hope you're used to nights of 6 or less hours of sleep for the next year or so. :wakeup

he is right, its off topic but we'll all let it slide because a baby

if you started a thread - do you like my new motorcycle?- the poster would be scoffed beyond belief and ridiculed out of the forum

what people dont realize is people would pay MORE attention if it was in the club where it belongs

Oh, and the SPAM says she's a future Spurs FO executive, so this thread is totally relevant in the Spurs forum! :tu

Congratulations MarHill on the arrival of your new bundle of joy.

Lot of sleepless nights ahead, I'm sure. Just hope you can manage your time where you'll still be able to watch Spurs games.

If Jerry Jones owned the Spurs, chances are good that you'd be able to purchase Spurs diapers somewhere. :lol

Pay no attention to the negativity. Stick your chest out, fire up a cigar, and drink a toast to your new baby with the well-wishes from friends and family.

Here's wishing lots of good health and happiness for your family. :toast

Don't forget to take some extended leave from work. :lol

As far as the negativity....I took his bait and I should have ignored it.

Anyway, I do have a week of paternity leave next week from work. I'm looking forward to that....even though I know I won't get much sleep. :lol

Marhill, one day in the not too distant future, you're going to get home from work, walk into your daughters room, she'll be hanging on to the rails of her crib.....she'll see you and instantly you'll see this ear to ear grin break out on that beautiful face as she's focused solely on you. Man, talk about touching your heart. Wow, let me tell you it's a very powerful and profound feeling. At that instant you are the center of the universe and the most important thing in that little being with your blood running through her veins.

It's the best feeling ever. BTW, by the following day, she will own daddy and have you in the palm of her hands. It's inevitable, don't even try to fight it, just go with it. You can't stop her, you can only hope to contain her.:lol:lol

Who the fuck has given you the rights to represent chinese spurs fans? Although your dumbness represents the chinese pretty well, I still don't think a Portuguese idiot should be assigned to represent a country with a population of 1.3 fucking billion.

Iberia half-Island belongs to the beloved Espana only and any other country occupying even a small part of our homeland should be considered invasion which is totally inexcusable and intolerable, fuck you Portuguese Bastard. :toast

After a hard, frustrating day I work, I love walking through the door and having my son run up to me and hug me while my daughter gets up on her knees, smile and holds her arms up so I can pick her up.

Makes all the day's problems melt away.

My son is exactly that, my son. We wrestle, play basketball on his little court, kick around a soccer ball and do all sorts of guy things (he can even play golf on Wii Sports).

But my daughter, she's been daddy's little girl since day one. It's going to happen. I feel "sorry" for you in the sense that you have no one to pull you back when she starts doing it to you. My son keeps me in check in that regard.

But yes, your children are the most wonderful people you'll ever meet. They're also the biggest pains in the asses you'll ever meet. :lol

Dude, eat shit and die. Jeez if you don't like the topic as you've clearly stated throughout the whole thread don't click on it and read it. Not real complicated shit for brains. And frankly Borat all your bitching is starting to bore the hell out of me.

You evidently don't understand this and you're totally clueless and in the dark about this experience but the day your child is born and the experience of molding and shaping these little beings is a fantastic experience. Do not mock what what you do not understand. You must not be a father. And if you are, wow, just wow.

So again, if you don't like Soy Milk then don't drink it, if you don't like Thai food don't eat it and if you don't like the New Arrival thread on ST don't click on it. It's not as if we have new arrival threads on ST on a daily or weekly basis. I think everyone from Kori to the newest poster understands that this topic is the exception rather then the rule and it is the off season. So stop getting your panties in a wad.

You get it! Sounds like you are spending quality time with you're two little miracles. Quality time isn't sitting down and just watching TV together, but doing stuff together, talking, you look into their eyes and they look into you're eyes. The magic of bonding follows. lol, having a baby is like getting a dog that eventually learns to talk. If you want to bring all this emotionality into it then you were probably a pretty big pussy to begin with. People like you end up unintentionally raising kids that turn out to be little wusses. Better be careful and rein back your estrogen levels or your kids are gonna end up getting picked on mercilessly. kids can be mean these days.

No, you are just being a jerk to be a jerk. It's your new M.O. I don't think anyone sucked his member in this thread or called it a miracle. People merely congratulated him and wished him luck. We all get it ... you don't think having a child is a blessing. To some people it is. To some people it's a life changing event. You posting the same thing 20 times in the same thread isn't going to make anyone agree with your obnoxiousness. So just move on.
