LOL...More and more I am seeing Fed and State entities jerking out perfectly good and reliable 80-85% efficient building heat and domestic water supply equipment to install new obscenely expensive and inherently unreliable 95% efficient stuff...I just bid a half million $ job for one of my fed contractor customers and warning them as I do it that they are gonna HATE their new stuff...makes absolutely no sense...it's like buying a hybrid car that you have to keep and drive for 16 years to break even on the initial cost...oh well. At least I can get some of my tax dollars back LOL.
