I disagree. The reason he is allowing congress to orchestrate the bill is so that he cant get criticized for it a la Clinton/93. In fact, we heard from him today how he wanted certain things in the bill (taxes on the rich) that congress wouldnt agree to.

Likewise, he is claiming he wants to provide healthcare to everyone with no rationing, no increase in taxes for anyone who's not rich, and no denial for pre-existing conditions.
