How many nationally televised games do the Spurs normally get on average?

Seems like a very solid number though :tu

I think the Spurs have 20 nationally televised games this year. The most anyone has is 25 nationally televised games, and that of course includes the Lakers and I think the Celtics. I think the Spurs should have had the max also, but of course its all about who has the big market ect. They do atleast far alot better then the weaker teams. I think that is a testament to how good the Spurs have been, the fact that they are still contenders, and then having the international appeal with Tony and Manu always helps aswell.

Oh yeah and the number of nationally televised games was posted in an older thread correlating with the new schedules coming out. So if you go back a few pages you might find it.

20 of the games are on ESPN, ABC and TNT. 7 of the games are on NBATV, which some cable companies (like Suddenlink, my worthless provider) don't even offer. That means at least 7 trips to Buffalo Wild's this year for me.

Well they are the defending Eastern Conference champions, and probably because of the Vince Carter-Dwight Howard duo.

Ouch; Denver with 22 back to backs. I can't complain with only 17 for the Spurs.

I think Bulls and Bobcats have 23 back to backs. Poor Derrick Rose.

Only 17 B2Bs is AWESOME, and great news. If you go down the chart, only the Hornets, with 16, have fewer.

don't you see whats going on here?

this season a lot of teams have fewer national games because they will suck. so they gave some of those to the spurs. nothing new here

I agree, but just like every year, the teams that end up in the finals always seem to get a ton of national recognition.

I wish the NBA did what the NFL used to do--or--still does. The last month of the seasoon the tv stations have the right to switch the games if those matchups suck. That was an awesome idea. I got tired of seeing crappy teams on the Sunday night game of the week.

Is it a legal link? It should be regardless, I'm paying for NBA broadband and they tend to black out the NBATV games for some stupid reason (they want me to subscribe when I can't).

If you could show me where you find them, I'd be grateful.

16 is better than 17. That's what I got too. I wonder how many others are wrong on the charts.
