SAN ANTONIO- Today is the news and Tim Duncan guru, Duncan228's birthday. Her age is unknown, but if we assume she was 20 when she started posting that would make her 27 right now. I think. And yes, despite rumors of there being no such thing as women on the internet Duncan228 is a girl.

Over the past 7 years Duncan228 has provided the news first on Spurstalk.com, a popular Spurs message board run by Kori and LJ Ellis.

The real name of 228 is unknown, but what we do know is that she lives in southern California and went to a Spurs clippers game just to see Tim Duncan, because lets be honest, who goes to a Clippers game to see the Clippers?

Duncan228's contract with Spurstalk expires on her 30th birthday 3 years from now and the website GM Timvp is optimistic that she re-signs. "She is a valuable part of Spurstalk," Timvp said, "If she left then how the hell would we know what is going on in the world?"

So happy birthday Duncan228, and have many more to come.

Hopefully, Spurs fans and the organization have given her enough reason to stick around for the post-Duncan era.

Kori and timvp must be diligent in making sure 228 re-signs before her contracts' expiration. She's clearly in high-demand and ST would look like absolute fools if they were to lose her to a certain team in California.
