Looks nice, but half a million in Victoria seems a bit high. You can probably low ball it and get off with less. Country clubs are expensive to live in because of fees and all.

Red McCombs has a development on the Lamar Peninsula (Rockport) with small bay side lots going for $450k :(

I told a friend we could each go half in and put up a tent.

I have a place about 100yrds down the street from this development...I dont know if you have noticed but the place isnt selling, at all...

They have had about 3 "kick off" parties, with all the fan fair, they have yet to start building anything there...its been "opening" for about 2 years now.
