-----------------------

Hey everyone we're compiling the top 10 plays of the 08-09 season and wanted to get your input on them. Right now I have seven solid plays that I think will be in the top 10 for sure. What are you thoughts, any more you'd suggest adding? Thanks in advance.

Here are the seven in no particular order.

Ginobili block vs DWade
RMJ Christmas Day 3-point buzzer beater
RMJ and 1 vs Lakers
Parker buzzer beater vs Philly
Finley buzzer beater vs NOLA to go to overtime 4/15/09
Ginobili dunk vs Hilton Armstrong
Parker Parker crossover vs Barbosa

Parker's buzzer beater at the end of the first OT in his 55 pt game.

Forgot about this one. It's a toss between this and the Manu dunk against Armstrong

Or Tony's layup to tie it against the Warriors at the 1:22 mark.

But we could rattle off at least one play from Tony from nearly every game. That makes it really tough.

I was at the game where TP hit that crazy buzzer beater against Philly. The crowd went completely NUTS. It was great! :tu. I had never been to a game where a game-winning shot ended the game.

Manu Ginobili's behind the back pass to Drew Gooden for the dunk should be on this list.

Drew Gooden's first putback dunk for the Spurs (seriously, almost no Spur has done this the past few years)

The Manu highlights underscore his value to the team. He always seems to come up with a play during a critical juncture that gives a 4 or 5 point swing to the Spurs.

Mason was big for us early on too. If he ever develops a touch like that during the playoffs, we could see the second coming of Horry.

Mason and Manu?

Damn, that's a lot of buzzer beaters for one season; team was living on the edge. Here's to a bunch of 4th quarter garbage time in '09 and '10.

despite how our season turned out, i still think this was one of the most fun regular seasons the Spurs had. alot of buzzer beaters, gamewinners, and newbies playing well.
