View Full Version : Spurs vs. Warriors April 10th -- How Many Points Will Brent Barry Score?

Manu will most likely not play against Golden State. If he does play, his minutes will no doubt be limited. Barry should get a chance to show what he can do. Will he have a breakout game? Place your bets now.

Also use this thread to predict the final score. A correct prediction wins a prize.

Thanks.

You guys are serious optimists, and I hope you're right! However, I think with Rasho out, and Nazr's recent suckiness (except for his brief rebounding spree last night), I think our interior defense is in for a long night. Hopefully Marks will continue to improve defensively. The wild card in this game to me is Beno Udrih. He has get out of Pop's dog house. We all know what he's capable of, and unlike most of the crew, he's thoroughly rested.

I look for the Spurs to either get out to a great start and run away with it, or get blown out in one long garbage fest. I don't think they have the energy to pull out another close one.

How's this for hedging:
Scenario 1: Spurs 101, Warriors 88
Scenario 2: Warriors 115, Spurs 77

Similiar to Dallas game, but Brent Barry hits 5-9 for 3's and ends wtih 20 pts, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. I also predict Whott will start a "Brent Barry rules all" thread :)

With the erratic play lately from one game to another, I have to be realistic and say we will lose, only because our starters are exhausted. It is, of course, possible that our bench will step up. If they manage to pull this one out, everyone should fear them for their capability. I have seen a lot of strange things happen in the NBA the last couple of days and I hope I am wrong. Warriors 96 Spurs 89.

Just not enough left in the tank to run with such an athletic team. The combonation of Baron Davis and Jason Richardson proves too much for the tired Spurs defense.
