If it does, it'll do so by rationing care and running off competent doctors who no longer get a decent return on their investment of over 10 years and hundreds of thousands of dollars in education.

That's the only way the government can reduce health care costs.

Yeah, I don't really see how the two are related. Americans have already realized the previous administration were douchebags. Further validation of that isn't helping Obama's cred on healthcare, though it makes for an interesting sideshow.
