Celtics/Spurs would be perfect.

We've already beaten the Cavs.

in all honesty, i don't care WHO we beat, just as long as we DO beat them.

but i cannot stand lebron AT ALL...and i relish any moment we get to stomp him to the ground.

cavs.

Any opportunity to rub it in KG's face that Duncan will always be his daddy is good times for me.

Cavs only because of Shaq.

Cavs only because of Shaq.

That's a compelling reason. The Magic on the other hand are just meh.

I hate KG more than anyone, so easily the Celtics. Shaq and Lebron do not bother me as much and I enjoy watching them play.

Spurs vs Magic would be good...
Spurs vs Cavaliers would be interesting...
Spurs vs Celtics would be epic....

Cavs first, Celtics second, Magic third.

1. Can't stand Lebron. Would love to see him get trounced by Tim and the Spurs again.
2. Can't stand Garnett. Arrogant chode annoys the crap out of me. Always has.
3. I like Dwight Howard but it would be cool to see him get shown by Tim how to win a ring.

If the Spurs had Bruce, it'd have to be Boston. If the Spurs beat the Lakers in the playoffs I'll have a hard time caring who the opponent in the Finals is.

yeah i say boston would be a hell of a match up, and would seem like a great finals

Celtics would be the strongest opponent that Spurs had ever encountered in Finals. Cavs reminds me of 07-08 Suns.

My dream run would be...

1st Round - Healthy Rockets
2nd Round - Mavs
Conf Finals - Lakers
Finals - Celtics

I'd love to see San Antonio destroy the Cavaliers again similar to what they did in 2007. Then we could all watch the great Mr. No Class run off the court in a huff and immediately start sobbing about what he'll do in the 2010/2011 season.

Spurs/Celtics would be the best matchup and probably the best series to watch.

Spurs/Cavs would be good because I just love to hate Shaq. Plus, LeBron is going to go down in history as one of the all-time greats no matter what he does. The league is going to push that angle no matter his accomplishments. Having already swept him once in the finals it would be cool to go down in history as the team that repeatedly shut him out of a chance at a ring.

Spurs/Magic doesn't excite me.

What I'm most curious about is this: when the Spurs and Lakers play in the conference finals (which I'm sure they will) will Adam Morrison cry when the Lakers are eliminated?

Magic wouldnt be interesting cause they're actually a likeable team except Carter.
Celtics would be awesome. i hate them just cause they're all arrogant bitches. Plus I want Sheed to be another victim of a Spur gamewinner.
Cavs would be great just cause I want to see LeBroom cry again. and for Shaq to witness Tim having more rings than him.

Definately the celtics, that shit would be epic.

But the Cavs are a close second, A second defeat in the finals would send Lebron packing to NY, Mike Brown to the unemployment line, and crush the spirits of the entire city of Cleveland for the next 20-30 years

Celtics both intrigue and scare me. I'd love to beat them, but the fuckers almost never lose in the Finals. Their franchise Finals record is 17-3, and the bastards KNOW their window is closing.

Contrast that with the Lakers relatively pedestrian 15-15 Finals record.

The Celtics close the deal when they get there. Beating them would be the cherry on top of Duncan's career.

Celtics! There are a few players I'd like to see cry on that team.

Chieflion
08-27-2009, 11:34 PM
Celtics

Reason 1: Kevin Garnett (Only knows how to talk, never backs it up)
Reason 2: Paul Pierce ("I am the best player in the world". So why were you not even playing in the Olympics?-
Reason 3: Rajon Rondo (disliked him as an asshole pushing around the Bulls players, dragging them, pushing them into the announcers' table and there was not even a suspension.)
Reason 4: Eddie House (Cocky bitch needs to sit on the bench, anyone can hit a wide open three in the NBA.)
Reason 5: Rasheed Wallace (Payback for not joining the Spurs)
Reason 6: Beating the best team in the East will be more satisfactory. Sorry Orlando.

I'd take the Celtics, because I'm sure we can beat them. The Cavs, I'm not so sure.

You're such a closet Cavs fan/LeBron lover...Boston would definitely beat us before the Cavs because they're way better defensively.

Cavs will probably win 55-60 games again and have another meltdown in the playoffs. Flash forward to May of next year and you'll be hearing, "LeBron still needs another piece." I don't see them in the Finals.
