The Gators are fucking loaded. Urban is a better recruiter than he is coach even though it's hard to tell when you're winning every game. I think Florida has a great staff and are very good with developing the talent they get but Urban gets way too much credit and honor.

For one I am not trying to be all hateraid on Florida, no pun intended but they have been relevant in the last what. .. 15 or so years? I haven't looked yet. Steve got them to the top to start with. I just think Urban is could take a Sun Belt team to a bowl game and is a great coach. But ESPN and the media blow them too much and treat them and USC at times like thy are just our precious gift for a being a football fan. They aren't.
