David Robinson Guide to Parenting???

Back around 1999 I saw a book being sold in San Antonio about David Robinson's parenting philosophy or something to that effect. I was interested in reading it but I can't seem to find any reference to it. Does anybody out there know where I can find a copy?

The book is called "How to Raise an MVP" and it's more about David's parents raising him well.
