Washington Wizards. No joke.

Not 100% sure who ends up starting, but their bench is potentially:

Randy Foye / Mike James
Nick Young
Mike Miller / Dominic McGuire
Andray Blatche / Fabrico Oberto
JaVale McGee

Yeah, the Wizards are very deep. Young should start over stevenson IMO. Miller and Foye will excell under this system. I think a lot of people are sleeping on the Wiz. I think they are at least the 4th best team in the East. I guess we will see..............

BTW, They are my 2nd favorite team.

They could be the darkhorse in the East but their defense will probably be atrocious. I'm guessing they'll turn into the run and gun Suns

It has to be the Cavs.

West/Gibson/Moon/Hickson/Powe/Z

Re-loaded Wizards just might have a run in them (http://www.probasketballnews.com/story/?storyid=715)

Best case: Arenas stays healthy and develops a newfound unselfishness, Foye and Miller are content as part-time players and Haywood finds inspiration in the last year of his deal. That will make the Wizards very dangerous come playoff time.

Worst case: It's not another injury for Arenas; that might actually solve the problems of shots and minutes at the small positions, which potentially is a much bigger issue.

Prediction: By wins, this will be the most improved team in the NBA, with or without a healthy Arenas. How much internal fine-tuning the Wizards do during the season will determine the length of their postseason run. If it all clicks, a trip to the conference finals is not impossible.

if you have a great bench that means you dont have good starters

Very wrong.

Gilbert Arenas
Deshawn Stevenson

Brandon Haywood

I would say they are good starters

Randy Foye
Nick Young
Mike Miller
Andray Blatche
Javal Mcgee

Agreed. I expect that team to finish top 4 in the East.

OOPS mybad thought we were talking bout the worst bench. Cavs and Heat have the worst bench players. Heat without Wade would be as bad as Cavs without LeBron.

Why is that funny? Some of those guys are starters playing as backups. West and Z were studs as starters and will be even better coming off the bench. Powe/Moon bring versatility, lock down defense, and crash the boards pretty damn well. JJ Hickson has it in him to be a VERY GOOD player.

One of the worst benches? :blah

We have the best bench in the NBA. We have 2 starters playing reserved roles. That is flat out scary. Laker fans would kill to have a bench like the Cavs.

Blazers and Wizards have great benches.

I also like Orlando's.
