Basically, I believe this year is going to be super special for the Spurs. As in...championship. I believe this team to be stacked and I am just as interested in watching Hill/Blair develop into young contributors as I am watching the starting line-up.

I want to record all games on my PC so I can eventually make some personal highlight videos. It would also be for future nostalgia as I am already getting somewhat depressed that the Tim Duncan Era is winding down :depressed

What all would I need to be able to record a game on my PC?

Desktop Computer

Cable Tuner Card
Program to record Cable show playing on Monitor
Enough space on Hard Disk Drive
Program for Video Editing

Cable connection (Time Warner :( ) plugged into PC Cable Tuner Card

Is that it? I've never used a Cable Tuner Card on a PC before.

That's about it. The amount of space each game will take to record could vary widely though, depending on your quality settings. If you use the built-in media center, an hour of programming is about 4 gigs of hard drive space, which is ridiculous.
