Just saw the movie. FanTAStic flick. Tom Hardy, who played Charles Bronson in the film, was spectacular. How he wasn't nominated for this role, I haven't the slightest. Then again, I'm still among the MANY who're in disbelief that Rockwell was slighted.

To think that this is the same guy that played Handsome Bob in Rocknrolla...

Charles Bronson (this one) always wanted to be a fighter, he was a bare knuckle fighter for a while. He is really fucked in the head though. :lol

His real name is Michael Gordon Peterson but his promoter had him change it to Charlse Bronson, I dont think it had anything to do with the actor though. It just sounded better as a fighter name.

From what I understand he is an Icon in Britain, not because of his misdeeds but because of his books about prison and who he has met in there.

He still claims to be able to do 92 push-ups in 30 seconds.

He's supposed to be a pretty good artists too.

He's an interesting character to say the least.

it's a cool movie that has its ups and downs like a roller coaster but is definitely lacking something to tie it all together. that's all i'm saying. you'll know if you see it.
