View Full Version : Is it ever Kobe's fault when they lose? But it's all Kobe when they win, right?

Here is a picture to illustrate this point.

Sure it's Kobe's fault when they lose. He took the blame in 2004 when he was selfish in the finals. And he took the heat in 2006 against the Suns when he quit in the second half of game 7.

You better hope he's not overrated because he's still better than Wade. If Kobe's overrated, Wade isn't very good at all then.

Funny, Lakers fans say the same thing about LeGod.

I have seen Kobe get the blame plenty. His detractors can't seem to be able to give him credit though. Some of them.

"The superstars aren't superstars just by accident," says Grover (Tim Grover, Kobe's trainer) "Michael was Michael because of what he did on and off the court; it didn't just happen. Same with Kobe. It's because of the time and effort and the knowledge that he gains and his willingness to listen to people."

Manoshevitz, I'm like stoked.

It's difficult for them to accept he rang without Daddy. The moment that happened, those same detractors became bitter & mean, resentful & sick at heart. They figged it would never happen. They're crushed now, they're hopeless. They're assholishness led them down a path of sorrow to a dead end of despair.

Oh, well, that's the way the old cookie crumbles.

Wade wont be a HOF'er, he'll flame out just like Penny and TMAC. He hasn't the heart to play through injuries.
His injury-riddled season of 2007-2008 sure did not tell much this year, eh.

Yep. That was their calling card. All those hopes into one big bag and then poof!!!

Oh, well, for the Kobe haters, back to the drawing board.

Rotsa ruck.

He's not an All-Star big man.

Well Horace grant was an all-star big man...albeit after he left the bulls, I guess MJ didn't make him an all-star......

Kobe was definitely the one to blame in that playoff game when he didn't attempt a single shot in the first half just to prove he wasn't a ball hog.
