Who will be the first to tell me accurately where the propaganda lies?

I didn't plan to do this, but i found it by just verifying "My Pet Goat" for a different thread.

Anyone even know why I posted this old video?

You're trying to prove that Bush has no political agenda, or some such nonsense, WC.

Easy. The actual title is "The Pet Goat". It's these fucking socialist bastards that think everything belongs to everyone.

As I recall, no one ever accused Bush of pushing politics on children.

The precedent for getting in a tizzy about students being addressed by the POTUS was set in the days leading up to the Obama speech.

Maybe you can find the propaganda in his speech for us.

Nobody yet has seen the simple point I see.

because we don't do "motivated reasoning" as reflexively as you do.

or maybe we just aren't simple enough.

Is it because the video is titled 7 minutes of silence and it's only 6 minutes long? I think calling it propaganda for that reason is kind of a stretch, but I assume that's what you're trying to get us to notice.

You're the winner.

Liberals maintained the propaganda, and was viewed in Fahrenheit 911 as being 7 minutes long. To get that simple fact wrong.... what else is wrong?

Please note, that in the 6 minute video, he was told 1 minute into it. Only five minutes that he complemented what to do before excusing himself.

How can we trust the liberals when they cannot even get the simple facts right?

This is a serious thread?

You have to be trolling. Nobody could be this much of a clueless shill.

So if some conservative used a picture of a different march in attempt to make the teabaggers march bigger than it actually was, then the entire conservative movement could be discounted out of hand.

Great logic. :tu

WC is competing with Yoni to see who can drag in and pile up the rat shit, to see who's pile of rat shit is bigger. In the end, it's all a pile of rat shit, signifying nothing.

If you say so.

Tell me. Didn't you believe the propaganda of late 2001/early 2002 that he was still in the classroom for seven minutes after he was told?

Really now. If the liberal pundits cannot get the simple, unimportant facts strait, why believe the more complex ones?

I don't recall "seven minutes of silence" being a huge rallying cry back then, and I don't think it would have mattered to those people if it had been seven, five, or even three minutes.

I was never in the camp of people who thought the President needed to spring into action the moment he got word. He had (supposedly) very capable people beneath him to handle the situation, and there's no reason for him to stop what he's doing until he is needed.

But debating minutia like whether it was five or seven minutes (the "seven minutes" in F911 was based on a NYT recap that stated he was told about the planes at 9:05 am and he got up at 9:12... which is technically possible to do in a little more than 5 minutes) kind of misses the point, and it gives credibility to the argument that he needed to do anything within 5-7 minutes in the first place.

Well, I don't think the two minutes matter much either. I do recall the "seven minutes." Like I say, how can we believe anything when they cannot get the unimportant facts strait?

I agree. Not only that, he had secure communications equipment available too. We really don't know all the fact. I would assume though that being initial information, they took five minutes to gather verifiable facts before the president even had reliable information to act upon.

My point goes to the inaccuracy of facts. Again, why should people believe people that cannot get the small details right? My primary target is Michael Moore. He uses the 7 minutes in Fahrenheit 911. I cannot recall how many times I heard that repeated. Damn libtards.

Well, the point about those is that the way HB 3200 is written, it almost guarantees such a thing.

Granted, it isn't written in, but look at everything as a whole. What else would they do?
