On a truck I sold in 2004. I didn't know until yesterday that there is a form you are supposed to fill out and send to Texdot telling them you sold a vehicle and who you sold it to..apparently this jerkoff never transferred the title...I don't know how the hell he is getting registration stickers...

You don't need a Texas registration sticker in Mexico.

There shouldn't be a special form other than the regular Texas Dept of Transportation form that is turned in with the Application for Title.

nope...all of $6.32...I was just aggravated the dude didn't transfer the truck. I belatedly sent in my VTR-346 and don't have to pay the bill.
