Pats LB... You're allowed to cover the middle of the field, you know.

Oh and Wilhite is sucking.

Lol I know. Have you looked at the pats lb's? They're all second year players. Guyton is too. And as I said, wilhite sucks.

Jets D is doing quite a good job too.

AAAARRRGGH. If I see one more running play that starts ten feet in the backfield I'm going to flip. Also pats, pull off the damn play in time!

I know what record the 2009 pats will set... Most dropped balls.

Fuck this is about as bad as it gets.....the Jets D is as good as I thought it could be, and the Patriots linebackers being shitty turned out to be a huge problem. How many fuckin missed tackles are you idiots gonna have?

Wow, could the pats have a shittier game? Mayo out is going to hurt us, and the jets look like a hell of a team. Might be a tough division fight this year. Hopefully Belchick watches the vid and sees a weakness for next game.

The Patriots coaches can always adjust and fix their problems.

Unfortunately for the Chargers, they're stuck with Norv Turner.

One thing Belichick needs to get into his head is this - Brady ain't back. He's obviously still rusty, and something isn't right. He's way off on his accuracy. The Jets put pressure, but not pressure that Brady hasn't seen and beaten before. Brady just isn't making good throws out there.

So maybe the best way to bring Brady along while he's readjusting is to, ohhhh I don't know, DON'T MAKE HIM THROW THE BALL 50 FUCKING TIMES EVERY GAME.

Fred Taylor is there for a reason. Fuck.

Fragile Freddy's there so the Pats have another body to put on the irjury list.

Bill needs to treat Brady like he's Matt Cassel until Brady proves that he isn't.

Unfortunately the safety valve he used to get Cassel comfortable is currently injured.

I also think the D shouldn't get much blame. 16 points isn't terrible at all, especially when the best player is injured. IMO, the blame rests squarely on the offense.

Perhaps the Pats coaches can adjust for next weeks opponent by arranging for the returnman to fumble a kickoff with the game on the line.

Complete agreement from me MonoSlob that Norv is a moron. Only way your Pats slipped by them the last playoff head to head 2007. One can only wonder what the Chargers of 2004-10 would have done with a real coach.

Sad we had to wait until LT got hurt to see more of Sproiles.

Rex Ryan and a pretty good rookie QB.

P.S. Belichick is a classless P.O.S.

Why are the Jets winning? They have the dreamiest QB in the NFL.

LOL I thought that was Brady Quinn? Dirty Sanchez doesnt look like a rookie though. Glad we have at least 1 hispanic who can play QB unlike Romo.

Wow....Jets with the beatdown. Revis completely owned Moss a week after he owned Andre Johnson.

I bet the other Ryan brother gets a head coaching gig next year.

i don't think there's any doubt that Revis is the best cb in the league right now.

I'd like to think he's one of the best, but we shall see. He did shut down Andre Johnson and Moss in two weeks though

Haven't seen enough, but he absolutely covered Moss, the whole game. He couldn't get anything going.

I was hoping it was just that. :lol I hate the Jets and I loved the years we owned the shit out of them. It seems as if those days are over. The division will be anything but easy for the Pats. They have some serious competition now.

I got to give the Jets their due just like I have the Bills theirs last week. They both did a great job on Brady and I have to give them credit for it. That being said, Brady isn't himself. He has faced physical defenses in the past and adjusted to it. It is a mental and physical hurdle he is dealing with. A torn acl is a serious thing.

monosylab1k
09-21-2009, 04:47 PM
the scary thing is that there is a chance Brady never recovers fully, or that it takes him years. It's took Carson Palmer over a year, and Culpepper never recovered mentally. I think mentally Tom's tough enough to overcome this hurdle, but some people never do. You just never know.
