Kerr still has a LONG way to go in regards to "worst GM". Isaiah Thomas still firmly holds that title.

He's definitely on track to for it though.

Isiah's track record is not even bad. He was fantastic at drafting players and good eye for talent. Plus, he was given crap to work with. Steve Kerr on the other hand, had good talent when he came in, and screwed everything up.
