I was able to catch Don's Spurs report last night and they showed a clip of Duncan shooting free throws with a brace on his knee. Why did he have it on?

It's okay to ask the question alchemist. Don't let some of the Thought Police discourage you. :lol

From everything I've gathered over the summer Duncan is okay. The pain is gone, the brace is precautionary.

Thank you duncan228. And i wasn't trying to "blast" you or any of the others.
Seriously good to know all indications are Dunks knee is okay.
I don't think Popped will bench Duncan in favor of Finley. :toast

Braces are nice. I used to have a pretty bad pain in my left knee. Wore one for about a month and the pain subsided and is nonexistent. I still wear it when I play ball or go jogging, just as a precaution. Im pretty sure he does the same.

Don't know which one you saw, but he wears the big bulky one prophylactically. It's custom-built and is supposed to redistribute the weight off his knee to keep wear and tear from practice at a minimum. Hope that helps. :)
