Dude! The Blazers have a lot of young talent? I've never heard that before. Someone someone should write an article about how much potential they have. Thanks for the breaking news.

When you have half the draft on your roster your bound to get some on the list.

This just in, the Blazers are the best in the league. Everyone should just give up the season and crown the blazers because those numbers are sure to double this year.

The biggest problem with George Hill is that he's too short to be a shooting guard but because Tony plays so much, Hill has to play SG to get PT. Yah, he's got long arms but he's still only 6'2 versus a 6'6-6'7 SG. That results in alot of George Hill getting owned against the better SG's.

Batum's length and speed allow him to play both SG and SF effectively.

Hill will be part of the second unit, where the majority of his minutes will be spent playing along side Manu - which is a perfect fit. He has the ability to guard anyone 6'4" and under, ie point guards and combo guards. Potentially, he could chase around and bother taller players who are of lean build, such as a Rudy or a Ray Allen, who cant punish him physically. Having said that, it was never really ever intended for him to guard the out and out elite 2-guards in the NBA, such as Kobe.

He could also get 6-8 minutes extra playing alongside TP against teams with combo guards, such as the Mavs when they go to Terry-Kidd, or the Blazers if they go to a Miller-Rudy backcourt with Roy at the 3. Or in the East, he could be used alongside TP against Rondo-Allen or the Cavs with Mo-West/Gibson

There are options there for Pop.

Batum is the better player between the two though.

If Cuban gets hold of this, Singleton will be in for a 3 year $30M extension.
