As i predicted, the steelers won. I just didn't think it would be in the first quarter. And they proved how good they can play, if they try, if they are motivated. Not to mention this being mendinhall's break out game with 165 yards and 2 td's! and bens 300+ passing yards and 2 td's. And all this was made possible by the o-line having the best game of their lives, i mean THANK GOD the stopped sucking ass for 60 min to open up some running lanes!
o and stretch STEELERS > chargers
SO
STEELER > raiders
The SUPER BOWL Champion 08' steelers are back!

Stealer almost choked away a 4 TD lead did you even watch the game?

Yeah, they were leading 28-0 and last time I checked, the Chargers ended up hanging up 28 in the second half. Too bad for the Chargers, the D let the Steelers score a few more times to keep them at bay.
The Steelers needed the win and got it. Good for them. But Tomlin is not going to be happy about the team nearly blowing a 4 TD lead.

That game couldn't have been any better for the NFL. Stealers look like they got their issues worked out, shutting out a good team or one that was supposed to be good this year anyway, second half Philip "Fantasy Football" Rivers throws 3 TDs, Charger special teams makes some plays, only down by 1 TD and still ends up losing.
The best story in the NFL right now is Broncos undefeated with a two game lead in the division. I'll be happier than a kid on Christmas if the Chargers aren't playing any football in January this year.

Dawg what if the Pats win the division and get a better record than the Colts if they were to meet up in January? That means you have to play out in the cold weather here in Foxboro. That would be just as bad as you having to face the Chargers again.:p: :lmao:hungry::hungry::hungry:

Dude there are like four guys on the Patriots other than Brady who were on the team the last time the Colts lost to them in Foxboro, don't get high on yourself.

Chargers D will cure all of your problems on offense. We do not have good line play on either side of the ball right now, so if you play smash-mouth football, you will steamroll this team

As long as we got Belichick, you still have to worry about us. :toast
