They'll keep hating..the media doesn't wanna be wrong..they need to come up with all the possible excuses..

I don't know what they're going to come up with next..

"legit" was from the beginning..we're better than legit, we're a contender..

I was reading through the pre-season predictions, and you wouldn't believe the number of "experts" who had the Titans going far.

I wonder what they're thinking now.

My apologies to the Broncos.

You're a damn good team, I was wrong, beating the hoodie makes you legit.

Good luck in the playoffs

Chargers will come back and win the division. Still, much props to McDaniels. It pisses me off, but, oh well.

Has there been an explanation for the taunting call made on Meriweather vs Eddie Royal? Looked like an extremely weak call. Pats hold there and its only 17-13. Now granted, that was on 2nd and 3 so still would have given the Broncos a good chance at 3rd and 3.

No, they aren't legit and won't be until they clinch a playoff spot.

2007 Lions were 6-2. 2008 Redskins and Bills were 6-2 and 5-1, respectively.

None of those teams made the playoffs and each of those franchises are among the worst in the NFL right now.

It's early.

The Pats are not that good. Just like Dallas is not that good. They have not beat a good team yet, so no they are not Legit.

Plus it helps that McDaniels knew the personel on the Pats offense better than anybody.

I should be impressed with the Bronco's but Im just not. Oh, and Peyton Manning would shred that Bronoc's D like Brady couldn't. Brady was extreamly off. He still doesn't look right. I think he won't look right for a while. And McDaniles did have intimate knowledge of the patriots. Brady also lost his left tackle during the game which Im sure could attribute to his uneasiness in the pocket.

the Broncos' are 5-0, but they are still who I think they are.

I'm sure there are some out there but I have yet to hear one media guy say they are shocked the Broncos are 5-0. Most say they thought they would be 3-2 at this point. BULLSHIT

430 yards passing against the Ravens, if Norv wasn't calling red zone plays with an 8-ball, we would have hung 38 on them.

and I'm pretty sure, despite the stats from 5 whole games, that Baltimore has a much better D than Denver

Bullshit. How can you say "despite the stats". Five games is a good enough sample size to assess what is team is or isn't. The Baltimore secondary is porous. You're going to scoff at a Denver defense that hasn't given up jack for points and hasn't allowed an opponent to convert a 2nd half 3rd down in 3 straight games? Really? That means nothing to you? This Baltimore defense isn't the same as in year's past. That mystique is about finished with an aging defense.

Broncos high passing for the year is 255 yards allowed by Tony Romo.

I'll say the Chargers played a good game if they can get three touchdowns.

255 and only eclipsing the 200 mark with that last drive that included a 53-yard completion.

I love how, every week now, the next team on Denver's schedule is going to magically "expose" them now.

They will have the AFC West wrapped up. I don't think they will make it deep into the playoffs though. They do have things set up for a bright future. If they keep the D going they will be up there with the AFC elite.

Maybe the NFL should just scrap scheduling games and allow contenders to play other contenders each week so they can "prove" themselves weekly.

What a crock of shit.

Brady continues to suck against the broncos. Nothing new here.

Like someone said, there are teams that started 5-1 or 6-2 and missed the playoffs, and teams that looked like they were done at the start of the season and made it to the conf finals.

and dont you think that the hoodie knows mcd just as well as he knows the hoodie ?

Not exactly true. You see, the student knows the teacher inside and out. He knows the tendencies of the teacher and can anticipate the calls because of this knowledge. The teacher is set in his ways.

However, the teacher doesn't always know the student because the student hasn't had a chance to get set in his ways. The student will always be more unpredictable than the teacher because the student knows every counter to the teacher's plays.

Us Spurs fans should always reference Avery vs Pop if we want an example.
