So, websites seem to be unable to load on completely random occassions. Can't log into games because it can't find servers, and have to reset my connection at least 4-5 times a day. It is on my last nerve.
It is like my computer forgets that I am connected to the internet.
I use digital cable modem and router.
I am thinking it might be a problem with my router, but I haven't had any problems with it before.
Any suggestions? :wakeup

I have done that already. Multiple times. I have to reset them both at least 4 times per day at minimum. Thanks for the reply :D

Are you using a wifi connection or a direct ethernet line?
When did it start? Did the symptoms gradually grow over time or hit all at once? What all have you tried to this point?

I use direct ethernet. It seems that it seemed to happen suddenly, then it stopped and gradually started to slow down. I am just tired of it and can't wait for my copy of windows 7 so i can just kill all the problems.
Who said it had anything to do with Windows?

I am just saying that I am going to be doing a system wipe later on and it will confirm whether or not it is my isp or router and not anything else.

Well, I think I was having a power issue...
I had my cell phone charger plugged into the cable modem plug (the power cord for the cable modem has an outlet on it). I unplugged it and it seems to be as fast as I remember it being.
Weird shit eh?
