Acapulco, or thereabouts. It's another El Nino huirricane hanging off the WC of Mexico, and shooting moisture up that gap in the Mts of Northern Mexico and right into our lap.

I drove from approx 281/Bitters to I35/3009. All the way to I35/Toepperwein, it was like continually driving through a car wash, even with my wipers on full.

It took me 40 minutes to get from downtown to 1604/10. It usually takes me 20. Damn that rain and all it's glory.

I went south to the ranchito this afternoon (it was wet but not crazy wet...had about 3/4" and it was raining when I left) but coming back through town at 7:30ish I35 was flooded between Zarzamora and SW Military...only the right lane was open...fortunately there wasn't that much traffic.

It took me literally 1 whole hour to get from Vance Jackson & Huebner to I-10 & Huebner. A FREAKING HOUR! I don't even think it's a whole mile. UGH!

I can totally believe it. That area was the worst of my drive tonight (well it usually is...but tonight it was the absolute worst!)
